What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Document work performed and communicate service recommendations
Follow all company and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience required
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to doing things right the first time
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
