Description

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •   The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but is not meant to be all-inclusive or prevent additional duties from being assigned as needed:
  • Assist Regional Manager with development and compliance activities
  1. Compliance activities: maintaining LITHC property files, preparing each property for HOME and OHFA site  inspections
  • Lead for 4 properties
  • Assume role of Housing Services Coordinator
  1. Visit all Vintage Housing properties on a monthly basis
  2. Attend Resident Planning Committee meetings and take minutes
  3. Facilitate programming for residents
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with programming providers
  5. Maintain records of resident programming
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Vintage Housing and residents, prospective residents, and members of the public
  • Attend Vintage Housing Board meetings


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The main work environment is an office setting of a non-profit organization providing a variety of services to seniors and their families. The activity level is high and the noise level is moderate. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

This job may require approximately 20% travel. Must maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift 30 pounds for office work. Requires sitting, walking, standing and bending. 

Requires good hearing and visual capability.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain detailed records
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing 
  • Must represent Vintage Housing in a positive manner through behaviors that align with LIFE’s core values. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with, or strong interest in working with, seniors and housing


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance.

Preferred HCCP, CAM or CPM
