Description

Vivalon Rides is expanding to Solano County. We are looking to hire a Senior Transportation Supervisor to oversee this new operation. This supervisor is our driver workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers. Responsibilities include driver interviews, performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and recognition.

This position requires a commercial driver's license (or be willing to obtain one) and experience overseeing drivers.

Requirements

The following skills and experience are qualifications for this job:

Leadership and supervisory experience.
Transportation operational experience.
Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations.
Knowledge of Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired.
Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus safety rules & regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

$70,000-$80,000 annually/hour depending on experience.
