Job Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices, managing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and resolving discrepancies. As an essential part of our finance team, you will ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time while upholding a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Manage payment schedules and ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organize documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or payments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
