Purpose
The Medical Clinic Supervisor (MCS) is responsible for oversight of all medical back-office operations, including management of the Medical Assistant (MA) team and lab, medical supply inventory/ordering, and oversight of medical workflows to optimize the patient experience. The MCS is a member of the site leadership team to hire/train/support staff, lead daily clinic operations, including creating and managing the daily clinic staff schedule, and support organizational goals.

Compensation:
- The target wage range for this position is $60,036.00 annually to $70,318.00 annually.
- Final offers are individually based on various factors, including skill set, years of experience, location, qualifications, work schedule and other job-related reasons.
In this position you will:
- Supervise Medical Assistants and Medical Clerk. Complete individual learning conversations, recruitment, hiring, orientation, retention, development, annual skills assessment, and disciplinary activities
- Resolves issues identified by the our patients and team. Escalating appropriately to the site lead team as needed.
- Participate in Neighborcare leadership meetings and leadership development activities.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor standard procedures for back-office clinic operations (patient safety, prepping the patient for pre and post provider visit, and clinical team support).
- Ensure appropriate daily staffing and coordinate changes in staff schedules.
- Manage immunization and vaccination programs.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required qualifications
- Completed an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Active WA state Medical Assistance licensure
- 4 years of experience in a professional setting
- Active CPR/BLS
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, health care, or health sciences
- Relevant health care/leading certifications
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
