Documentation work related to Sea Export. 海运出口相关文件工作。 

Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor and manager and achieve the KPI requirement.  

完成主管、经理交办的任务，达到Kpi要求。

Finish the daily work assigned by company with high quality and timely. 

按时、高质量完成公司交办的日常工作。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Shipment Creation in CW1 system 在 CW1 系统中创建装运单 
• SI /VGM E-manifest doc collection SI/VGM 电子舱单文档收集 

• Submit E-Manifest 提交电子舱单

• Input SI data into CW,sent SI to carrier/Agent to confirm MB/L  

将 SI 数据输入 CW，将 SI 发送给承运人/代理以确认 MB/L 

• Security filing submission 提交安全备案 
• HB/L draft verification with supplier till HB/L OK 与供应商验证 HB/L 草稿直至 HB/L确认 
• Invoice title verification（+New org code application）发票标题验证（+新组织代码申请） 
• ATD check and update in CW 在 CW 中检查和更新 ATD 
• DNO delivery DNO 交付 
• Upload MBL into eDoc 将 MBL 上传到电子文档
