How You Will Make An Impact:

Provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees within assigned functions or locations, implementing talent strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Develop an understanding of business objectives, opportunities, and operations and partner with HR leadership and subject matter experts to deliver actionable solutions that address organizational challenges and support growth opportunities.

Support talent management processes including performance reviews, leadership coaching, individual development planning, and talent profile development to strengthen the talent pipeline. Support SMEs in delivery of training sessions, employee development workshops, and team interventions as needed.

Partner with SMEs to maintain job descriptions, facilitate job changes, and support recruiting activities. Participate in the interview and selection processes for hourly and professional positions.

Deliver tactical guidance on employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, coaching conversations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations; conduct exit interviews to inform retention strategies.

Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous learning by supporting engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives in collaboration with site and functional leaders.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of employment-based immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, timely case preparation and submission, stakeholder communication, and accurate recordkeeping.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, FDA regulations, labor laws, and audit requirements to maintain organizational integrity and regulatory adherence.

Collect, analyze, and present HR metrics and dashboards to measure program success, identify trends, and provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyze workforce trends and emerging issues to recommend enhancements to HR programs, policies, and practices that improve employee experience and business outcomes.

Support the rollout and delivery of HR programs by gathering employee and leader feedback, sharing personal insights, and contributing to program design and effectiveness.
What You Will Bring to the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

8+ years of progressive HR experience (Preferred: Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology)

PHR, SHRM, or Human Resources Management certification highly preferred

Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity, such as standing, walking, or lifting, as applicable to the position.

Occasional business travel may be required for business meetings, conferences, training sessions, and site visits.
