This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Client Director located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role reports directly to the Vice President of RSA's Strategic Client Group.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing key client accounts with some of the world's largest financial institutions
- Developing and maintaining business relationships, providing consultative support to drive value and grow revenue overseeing sales efforts, and leading a team of support resources.
- The job holder will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored identity-first security solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10+ years minimum experience
- Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Experience in Consulting and providing strategic advice to clients
- Proven Team Management and strategic sales skills
- Track record of building long term relationships across technical, executive and line of business owners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Experience in IAM & IGA
