Continue your love of cookery and passion for exceptional service as a new member of our Food and Beverage team at the Qantas Lounges Brisbane

Reporting to our Executive Chef, our Permanent Part-Time Commis Chef position involves working across both the Brisbane Domestic and International Qantas Lounges.

What You will be doing:

Assisting in the preparation and presentation of buffet and A La Carte dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in all kitchen areas.
Supporting in the setup and clearing of kitchen stations for daily service.
Following kitchen procedures and recipes consistently.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Be willing to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Consistent 4-5 day week roster
