This is a hunter role with clear growth potential. As our Sales Manager – U.S. East Coast, you’ll start as a high-performing individual contributor responsible for driving new business across your region. You’ll identify and convert high-value opportunities, lead strategic sales conversations, and build lasting relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders at modern, fast-growing companies.
As revenue grows, so will your team. We’re looking for a self-starter who’s excited to lay the groundwork and later help scale our U.S. sales org from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle across the U.S. East Coast—from prospecting to proposal to close.
- Develop and execute a strategic outbound plan to drive net new pipeline in key markets.
- Lead sales conversations with HR and Finance executives, showcasing how our platform solves complex global workforce challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to close deals and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Represent the company at regional in-person and virtual industry events and conferences.
- Share customer insights and competitive feedback to influence go-to-market and product strategy.
- Help shape our U.S. market expansion and play a key role in building out the East Coast sales function.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech, global payroll, HCM, or workforce platforms.
- A proven track record as a hunter—you're energized by outbound sales and closing new logos.
- Experience selling into HR, Finance, or Operations decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with channel or technology partnerships is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy.
- Based on the U.S. East Coast and willing to travel regionally for client meetings and events.
