Job Description
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities which you will have as an invoicing clerk:
- Issue accurate invoices for each of the different businesses on a timely manner
- Ensure proper and accurate recording transactions in our financial systems
- To deal with queries effectively from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Invoicing and Credit Control manager, and the wider finance team.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules and supporting information for the external auditors
- Assist in any ad hoc task as directed from time to time
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Management Accounting.
Work Experience:
- Work experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Other Skills and Experience:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
- Strong MS excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
