Position Summary

Product Engineering Support is a data entry position that provides office support to the Product Engineering group. Duties are divided between documentation control and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Works with a team to coordinate, monitor, and expedite the flow of engineering information, both within the department and between departments
Uses engineering information to generate database records, work instructions and CNC machine files
Releases drawings and engineering documents to operations and other departments
Organizes and maintains files and records
Plans and schedules meetings and appointments
Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus
Experience providing administrative support, preferably in an engineering environment
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Computer skills including Microsoft Office
Team-oriented and collaborative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service-oriented
Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Pay Rate*: $21.00

*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity
