Job Description

We are seeking for a Warehouse Manager. If you are interested, please send us your resume. Below are the job requirements:

·Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods

·Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate

·Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and    protocols.

· Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting goods; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

· Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

·Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

·Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary

·Regularly communicate with distributors, suppliers, employees and head office to ensure quality and        delivery standards are upheld.

· Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made, and that corrective action is taken if necessary.

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Must be certified and experienced in operating a forklift

-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

-Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
