ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Acquisition team is the engine that drives Ovoko forward. We aim to attract the best talent while delivering exceptional experiences to every candidate.As a junior/ mid Talent Sourcer on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you'll be at the forefront of hiring for a fast-scaling startup environment. You’ll work proactively to identify and engage top passive talent across both technical and non-technical roles, build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs, and provide hiring managers with valuable market insights to support strategic decisions.
The offered salary range for this position is from 1500 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Proactively own and manage a pool of passive candidates across both tech and non-tech roles
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged for future opportunities
- Conduct in-depth talent market mapping to identify and understand talent availability across different regions
- Analyze market trends and deliver insights to support strategic hiring decisions
- Collaborate closely with TA Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Continuously improve sourcing processes to boost efficiency and impact
- Ensure a smooth, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and hiring journey
- Use data to make informed decisions and share insights with TA Partners and business stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You're curious, motivated, and eager to kick off (or grow) your career in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing. Previous experience is not required - but if you have it, that's definitely a bonus
- You’re open to learning new things and adapting as you go
