About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of high-impact product initiatives that align with Unite Us’ strategic goals. This role owns the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions that meet the needs of our users across healthcare, social care, and government sectors..
What You'll Do:
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more key product areas.
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and internal stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions.
- Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Track product performance, measure outcomes, and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Serve as the voice of the customer in prioritization discussions and product reviews.
- Mentor junior product managers as needed and contribute to best practices across the product organization.

- 6+ years experience as a Product Manager with experience working with advanced analytics
- Background in healthcare analytics, Data Science, Population HealthIT, care coordination, social determinants of health (SDoH), or government technology.
- Experience working with social care, population health, or other SDoH data sets.
- Familiarity with data products, integrations, or platform services.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Figma, Amplitude, and product documentation platforms.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals such as predictive model development.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data tools and technologies including SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms.
- Experience with projects focused on data quality, lineage, governance, and security.
- Experience using tools like JIRA, Figma, Amplitude, and product documentation platforms.
Payments
- 6+ years experience in healthcare product management (requirement)
- Preferably administrative and/or RCM tools or tools that tangentially support RCM workflows; but also open to healthcare experience working w/ healthcare data produced by RCM tools, like EDI, healthcare APIs (like FHIR but for RCM data)
- PM who owns the Invoicing domain
- Creates and manages a backlog for the Invoice domain, prioritized leveraging data
- Leads customer research and market analysis to identify gaps in the product as well as market differentiated product offerings

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based.
- The target pay range for this role is: $135,000 - $165,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
- All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
