Ontario Technical Manager

Position Overview

The Ontario Technical Manager participate in all aspects of the technical production process, from problem-solving and team coordination, to the implementation of technical initiatives. They utilise their expertise in technology trends and business management to mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams lead the technical team towards achieving the organisation's goals. The Sr. Technical Manager is results-driven and will need to ensure his teams are delivering the company promise (QVALIT) to its customer base and that the technical staff are efficient in doing so.

Position type

The Ontario Technical manager is a full time, permanent position that requires a Full time on-site work in corporate office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage technical teams. (Hiring, Onboarding, Training, Evaluating)
• Implementing technical projects according to the company roll out plan.
• Tracking performance trends
• Ensuring quality assurance
• Continuous technical improvement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development and technical skill enhancement.
• Report on project progress and team performance to senior management, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and security protocols.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require occasional travel to various locations, including but not limited to client sites, conferences, and corporate events. Candidates should be prepared for travel approximately [6 days per calendar months up to 25% of the time as needed. All travel expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.

Compensation:

Salary 80 000$
