Purpose

Embark on a thrilling tech adventure as our Field Support Specialist! You'll be the superhero of our local infrastructure, wielding your IT powers to maintain and optimize our digital realm. Get ready to dive into the exciting world of internal processes, where you'll craft reports that'll make quality metrics dance with joy!

Your Exciting Mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Become the Ticket Master! Dive into the world of problem-solving, change-making, and incident-crushing. You'll be the ITSM wizard, conjuring solutions that'll make our internal customers cheer!
• Play tech Santa for our newcomers! Prepare and maintain shiny new hardware that'll make their eyes light up like Christmas morning.
• Channel your inner software sorcerer! Install OS images, anti-virus shields, and other magical software to keep our digital kingdom safe and sound.
• Be the App Whisperer! Maintain and troubleshoot applications like a tech therapist, soothing their digital woes.
• Don your lab coat for some hardware and architecture testing! It's like being a mad scientist, but with fewer explosions (we hope).

Qualifications

Your Superhero Origin Story

• Currently mastering your superpowers at a university (aka being a student)

Your Tech Superpowers

• Hardware Whisperer: Basic ability to communicate with laptops and servers
• Microsoft Sorcerer: Novice-level spells for Microsoft software products
• Network Ninja: Beginner skills in DNS, DHCP, LAN, and MAN (no capes required)
• Active Directory Apprentice: Just starting your journey into the realm of AD
• Antivirus Alchemist: Mixing up basic digital potions to keep the bad guys at bay

Your Secret Identity Skills

• Communication Charisma: Ability to charm both humans and machines

Your Linguistic Legerdemain

Additional Information

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 5€per /hour.
