Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, including Agentic AI and Document Understanding features
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, analysts, and engineering peers
• Deploy solutions and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
• Document processes, maintain clean code, and share automation best practices with the team
• Mentor junior developers and lead problem-solving initiatives

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development
• Proficient in UiPath, including hands-on experience with RPA, Document Understanding, and AI-driven workflows
• Experience integrating automations via APIs, databases, and web services
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or Go
• Experience building cloud-native, distributed systems (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams

Bonus Points If You Have

• Certification in UiPath
• Experience developing software in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of big data frameworks and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentoring or leadership experience

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience)
• Uipath certification preferred
