We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and problem resolution via phone, email, and live chat. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships through clear, effective communication.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and follow up on customer issues
Document interactions and maintain detailed customer records
Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary
Meet performance goals in areas such as customer satisfaction, call handling, and issue resolution
Stay up to date with company products, services, and protocols
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM software
