We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Communications Agent to join our team in Birmingham, AL. This role involves crafting clear, concise, and compelling communications across internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent writer, and capable of managing communication initiatives from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit internal and external communications, reports, and presentations

• Assist in the development of company-wide communication strategies

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure messaging alignment

• Monitor and respond to communication trends and feedback

• Support in organizing company events, briefings, and campaigns

• Maintain consistent tone and brand voice across all platforms

• Prepare communication materials for executive leadership

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a communications or writing-based role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
