We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to support our account management team and contribute to client success. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and a desire to grow in the field of account services. You’ll work directly with our senior representatives to ensure timely and effective delivery of client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships

• Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and deadlines

• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

• Prepare and present reports on account performance and project updates

• Participate in client meetings and take clear, actionable notes

• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail

• Support the team in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or client services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
