We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Austin, TX. This role is essential to driving new client acquisition and nurturing meaningful business relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.

  • Present company products and services effectively to decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate contact and pipeline data.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a high-volume environment.

  • Goal-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
