We are looking for a motivated and articulate Brand Representative – Event Marketing to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be the face of our client brands, engaging directly with consumers at promotional events and live activations. Your ability to communicate clearly, represent brand values, and energize event spaces will be essential in driving awareness and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at marketing events and promotional campaigns

• Engage with event attendees, provide information, and generate interest in products/services

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of brand messaging and campaign goals

• Deliver a consistent and professional brand experience to all attendees

• Collect and report customer feedback and interaction data

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly campaign goals

• Participate in team training, strategy meetings, and performance reviews

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1–2 years of experience in brand representation, event marketing, or promotional roles preferred

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift event materials when necessary

• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends for events
