As a Labor Management Consultant at enVista, this position will focus on implementing Labor Management Systems (LMS). The job responsibilities include designing, configuring and integrating the LMS for clients. The implementation consultant will also be responsible for developing project documentation, testing of the application and training of customer staff.

What you will do:
- Focus on the delivery of labor management solutions, facility layout and design, productivity metrics, or process improvements
- Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements, and related benefits
- Construct project analysis and costing as well as information generation
- Act as a point of contact for client throughout the duration of the project
- Assist the client in configuration and implementation of the Labor Management software system
- Trains end-users on solution
- Travel to the client site for delivery of solutions is required
What you will bring:
- Bachelor or advanced Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management strongly preferred
- 1-3 years professional industry experience as a Consultant with direct LMS experience preferred; experience should be within systems designed by Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, NextView, Infor, etc.
- Lean Process Improvement training (Green belt certification is highly desirable)
- Familiar with Pre-determined time systems such as MSD or MOST are desired
- Familiarity with union environments is highly beneficial for more experienced candidates
- Familiarity with stopwatch time study techniques and pace rating
- Proficiency of time study applications is beneficial
- Should be proficient with MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid passport is highly desired as there will be potential international travel
- Expected Travel Time: About 50%
