Your role
This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional looking to deepen their expertise in project and frame agreement sales in the Public Sector as well as client account management. You will play a key role in supporting and driving Public Sector sales, working closely with our dedicated team. Your work will be essential in creating successful and thriving client accounts where our people enjoy working and growing professionally.
Your daily responsibilities
Work with our team on day-to-day running of our Public Sector business and sales.
Engage with our clients, handling daily communications and fostering strong long-term relationships with both our clients and our own professionals.
Own sales processes and prepare sales materials, contracts, bid documents and other sales-related documentation. A keen eye for detail and a love of excel sheets will get you a long way!
Develop impactful presentations, reference decks and precise solution descriptions.
Discover new opportunities, conduct lead generation and research on potential customers.
Participate in customer meetings, create compelling proposals and monitor procurement portals for new opportunities.
Track market insights, key industry movements and competitor activities.
Collaborate with our partners and subcontractors to strengthen sales and delivery efforts.
To thrive in this position, you’ll need
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, whether in sales, account management or other similar role. This could be from consulting, public sector or other relevant digital business fields.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, willingness to work within a team environment and ability to build relationships with clients and within Reaktor.
Good project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to pay attention to detail and create clear and structured sales materials.
Result-oriented attitude (getting things done!) and curiosity for learning and growing in the sales field.
Fluent in Finnish and English (written and spoken). Excellent writing skills in Finnish.
This is a hybrid position, on-site presence at our HQ in Helsinki (2–4 days per week) is required as part of our business operations.
