Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for projects located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Complete minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, Carpentry and other related maintenance tasks
Work with hand and power tools
Perform other related tasks assigned

Requirements

Must be able to do general maintenance work and may need to help with emergency calls during the day as required or assigned
Must be able to work with hand and power tools such as; circular saw, power drill, bench, grinder, power floor cleaner, carpet shampoo machines, power drain cleaner, chain saw and key machine etc..
