Job Description

Position Summary

. Responsible review and approve in Work instruction(eMOI) system.
. Responsible for the product and process development.
. Train production personnel on new product and processes.
. Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
. Product& Process design development with optimize production process
. Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, reflow, wave soldering, AOI, X-ray, ICT, functional test).
• Define and maintain process parameters and work instructions.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma methodologies).
• Evaluate and qualify new equipment, tools, and materials.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting PCBA defects and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with design engineering on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, or customer-specific requirements).
• Train operators and technicians on new processes and procedures.
• Monitor and control process-related KPIs such as yield, cycle time, and defect rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing or process engineering.
• Solid understanding of SMT processes, soldering techniques, and electronic components.
• Hands-on experience with equipment such as pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI/X-ray inspection systems.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Proficiency in CAD tools and process documentation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
