❓About the Role

As a Founder’s Associate at Bliro, you’ll work directly with our founders Martin and Maurice to make sure we reach our rapid growth targets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will both work strategically and execute on a daily basis: support with customer onboardings and AI customisation projects, drive strategic operative projects, help with product management and more - whatever is needed to bring Bliro to the next level.

This role requires a high degree of trust and offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to lead your own team in the near future. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's success.

🧑‍💻Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may vary based on the situation and - among others - might include:

• Drive Strategic Projects: Experience what it is like to lead a fast growing AI company by supporting the founding team on all kinds of strategic projects: from product to sales and operations.

• Support with customer onboardings and AI customisation projects: We are onboarding large customers on a weekly basis. Work with customers and users and help them make the most of Bliro.

• Help defining and setting up operations: The company is growing rapidly: Help set up processes and tools, professionalise our reporting structures and keep investors and customers in the loop.

🔨 Your Skills & Competencies

• Strong product sense and customer obsession
  Bliro is all about creating a product, that our customers love. We expect you to have a strong product sense and obsession over our customer's needs.

• Technical Generalist
  You can dive into problems of all kinds but are also not afraid to build and maintain complex excel sheets or automation workflows in Zapier / Make.

• Project Management & Organization
  You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a very high standard.

• Adaptability & Continuous Improvement
  You have a proactive mindset and have shown that you want to constantly improve the Status Quo.

📃 Your Profile

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.

• Education: Studying or holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Business Informatics, or a similar field.

• Technical Skills: Proficient with Excel and no-code tools like Zapier and Make; some coding knowledge is a strong plus.

• Experience: Prior experience in high-growth startups or consulting is a strong plus.

• Mindset: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to take on diverse challenges in a fast-paced environment.
