About this opportunity - Customer Service Representative

Description:

Responsibilities include customer service support and activities and order processing and invoicing as listed below:

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service support to include, but not be limited to
  • Answering incoming customer calls, emails and/or faxes
  • Processing customer orders, both verbally and electronically
  • Confirming order accuracy
  • Processing sales orders and distributing to fulfillment team
  • Processing customer order confirmations
  • Tracking confirmations to the customer and field team
  • Paperless filing, ensuring all documents are attached to corresponding sales order
  • Comfortable with speaking to customers and reps over the phone
  • Supporting field team
  • Assisting in processing, distribution and/or researching
  • Processing field inventory requests
  • Creating / distributing customer Invoice
  • Researching customer status requests
  • Processing Inventory Returns in Sage/RA log maintenance
  • Issuing RA numbers
  • Expiration and exchanges
  • Truck stock
  • Consignment amendments
  • Receptionist
  • Back-up
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience/ (Medical Device a plus)

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Efficient and accurate processing of customer requests
  • Ability to effectively articulate and communicate with customers, management and employees, in both verbal and written communications
  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills, with an attention to detail, thoroughness and organization.
  • Ability to analyze information and processes.
  • Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.

Pre-requisites / Job Experience:

  • Experience in clerical, administrative, corporate environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and order entry platforms (ERP experience a plus)

Physical Requirements:

  • Moderate standing or walking.
  • Extended periods of sitting.
  • Heavy computer use.
  • Light lifting.

 

Work Environment:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
