Responsibilities 🤓

• Improve our business dashboards, including: company-wide performance indicators, Revenue and sales funnels, performance by project, People and talent, and Finance and collections.
• Interact with the departments in the company, understand their needs, and turn them into concrete deliverables to upgrade the reporting.
• Hand over to each department the daily tasks to maintain each dashboard.
• Analyze company data and dashboards, to extract insights and recommend actions.
• Develop internal tools to manage our consulting business, such as the tool for reporting the billed hours per client.

Required Skills 💻

• Advanced students or graduates of Industrial Engineering or related fields (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in Data Analyst roles or similar positions.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to bridge communication between domain experts, high-level stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics and its applications.
• Experience working with Power BI or similar.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have Skills 😉

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with Low-Code Platforms (e.g., Appsmith)
