✅Requirements: 

✔️Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, working with creative teams in a studio environment—preferably in gaming, branding, graphic illustration, or visual storytelling.
✔️Proven experience in photo retouching, AI-generated imagery, typography, raster and vector asset creation, branding development, and collaboration on photo shoots.
✔️Ability to scale a brand's visual identity into a cohesive library of images and assets.
✔️Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Advanced skills in photo retouching and color correction are essential.
✔️Solid understanding of core UI principles and product design pipelines; experience collaborating with product design teams.
✔️Experience in creating and maintaining artwork libraries and visual style guides.
✔️Capability and readiness to supervise junior-level designers and external vendors on visual asset delivery.
✔️Ability to present design concepts clearly and iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback.
✔️Accountable for meeting deadlines and adhering to set milestones.
✔️Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

 ✅Responsibilities: 

✔️Develop visual moodboards and identify key creative references to guide the design direction.
✔️Create high-quality graphic assets aligned with the visual direction, utilizing Adobe Suite, AI tools, and 3D design software.
✔️Review and evaluate graphic materials to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance.
