We’re looking for a Senior Analyst with a strong background in sales analytics and deep technical expertise in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake to join our data-driven team. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data Engineering to drive business insights and improve decision-making. You will own analytical projects end-to-end—from data modeling to dashboarding to communicating strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics initiatives that inform sales strategy, pipeline performance, and go-to-market execution.
- Build and maintain dbt models and data pipelines in Snowflake to support scalable reporting and analysis.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and identify trends or anomalies in funnel performance.
- Design and run analyses that answer critical questions around lead quality, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecasting.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on sales performance data and drive improvements in data availability and usability.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements or data automation within the sales analytics workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Strong hands-on experience building and managing dbt models in a production environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams with insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and knowledge of GTM data structures.
- Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Sigma for data visualization.
- Understanding of sales cycle metrics, lead attribution, and revenue funnel dynamics in B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or managing analytics projects.
