Service Stream are on the hunt for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Corporate Head Office team!

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as the new Quality Assurance Manager! You will join a high-performing, welcoming team, based at our modern Head Office in Collins Street, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.

Work type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 - $120,00 inclusive of Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practice
• Oversee quality assurance activities across the supply chain, including audits, inspections, supplier assessments and process reviews
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality expectations and contractual obligations are met
• Analyse non-conformance reports, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions
• Lead internal and supplier audits, including planning, execution, reporting and follow-up
• Train and coach teams on quality standards, processes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management
• Support procurement, warehousing and logistics teams in embedding quality controls throughout the supply chain

About you

• Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance leadership role within supply chain, manufacturing, utilities or infrastructure sectors
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality frameworks, tools, and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis
• High level of written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead, influence and coach cross-functional teams with a large organisation
