- Ensure team members are trained & understand Nissan’s Warranty Policies and Procedures
- Daily task monitoring and delivery management
- High warranty cost analysis for overseas market.
- Ensure warranty, goodwill and RSA (Road Side Assistance) expenses are optimised through validation processes.
- Reporting development and enhancement by utilising Nissan systems including Business Intelligence (BI) tool to produce regular reporting to respecting team.
- Preparing warranty readiness for new model launch including OPC validation and system settings are implemented to handle all warranty activities by dealer network.
- Reviewing & updating standards where appropriate.
- Flat Rate Schedule Validation & Management
- Product Information Bulletin Review and Claiming Conditions update in system.
- Reporting to local and regional level.
