  • Ensure team members are trained & understand Nissan’s Warranty Policies and Procedures
  • Daily task monitoring and delivery management
  • High warranty cost analysis for overseas market.
  • Ensure warranty, goodwill and RSA (Road Side Assistance) expenses are optimised through validation processes.
  • Reporting development and enhancement by utilising Nissan systems including Business Intelligence (BI) tool to produce regular reporting to respecting team.
  • Preparing warranty readiness for new model launch including OPC validation and system settings are implemented to handle all warranty activities by dealer network.
  • Reviewing & updating standards where appropriate.
  • Flat Rate Schedule Validation & Management
  • Product Information Bulletin Review and Claiming Conditions update in system.
  • Reporting to local and regional level.
