Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Program Scheduler - Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) to join the Integrated Planning and Scheduling group located in Heath, OH.

The successful candidate prepares, develops, and coordinates integrated schedules and schedule-related products to meet program and/or project requirements. In summary, the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders in the development of integration schedules. This candidate will also be a detail-oriented, self-starter who is able to take requirements and execute with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans
Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team
Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholder

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience in managing complex integrated schedules or projects
1+ years of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
1+ year of proven multi-function, multi-site project management experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field
Experience in a cross-functional environment
Experience collecting and reporting scheduled performance to a project/program schedule baseline

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time

Summary pay range:

$68,850 - $93,150
