Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Business Analyst to support our team. You will be part of a cross-functional team, specifically focused on transforming raw data into insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes for our clients. You may be the ideal candidate if you are a proactive self-starter and have an innate interest in all things data: whether it's data tidying, visualization, analysis, or statistics, using data to drive business outcomes is a passion.

Responsibilities:

You will:

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop a deep understanding of the project or client website's flows and functionality
• Support the configuration and testing of custom-built and CMS solutions.
• Help develop training materials and user documentation.
• Provide ongoing support to users and address user questions.
• Work with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews.
• Effectively communicate with team members and partners.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding of CMS features, in particular Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with Agile process and principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and asynchronously with team members across different countries and time zones.
• Ability to adapt communications depending on the audience, whilst maintaining clarity.
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Certifications such Certified Agile Product Owner, Certified Agile Scrum Master etc would be advantageous.

The hourly pay range for this position is $32.69-$53.07. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
