Qualifications You Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining spreadsheets, and coordinating travel.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
- Proven self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various administrative functions seamlessly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and external partners.
- Experience in managing office operations, including scheduling, event planning, and facilities coordination.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Teams and SharePoint
- Experience in a DOD environment and familiarity with JTR and FCG
- Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
