The team consists of delivery tribes focused on the bank’s key domains (such as Operations, Retail Banking, Wholesale banking, etc.), local country analytics teams, as well as strong support areas around data management, technology, customer journey, UX, and an analytics office in charge of strategy, partnerships, change delivery and business development that you will be part of.

The team

As Change Expert you will be part of the Change Delivery team, which is in charge of helping Tribe Leads and the Chief Analytics Officer to set and execute the ING Analytics change deliver strategy (internally and externally, monitor portfolio & alignment with ING strategic programs, business development as well as daily operations. The team is responsible for managing the full portfolio of change initiatives related to Analytics throughout the ING organization, including reporting out to all relevant stakeholders. 

Roles and responsibilities

As Change Delivery Expert, you report to the Head of Analytics Change Delivery. Your responsibilities include:

  • Support change delivery inside and outside of Analytics, ensuring we accelerate ING’s Analytics ambition across all business lines and countries
  • Together with your colleagues you drive the execution of the Analytics strategy, translating ING’s ambition to become a data-driven digital leader into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Support the managing of the Analytics portfolio, ensuring prioritization, alignment with business value, and transparency through structured reporting and governance.

  • Education: Master’s degree in business administration 
    5 years plus experience in managing complex change projects and programs end to end
  • Proven track record in achieving business impact within a global corporate context, including interacting with a senior management level and excellent communication skills
  • Strong affinity with Analytics and IT 
  • Experience in a matrix set-up is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills displaying cultural sensitivity in coordinating interactions with and between the different business units. 
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT/Analytics, with focus on value maximalization.
  • Ability to engage, advice and present with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, in analytics related matters
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
