Job Summary
• Coordinate all organization’s operations.
• You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and
profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Knows how to effectively coach for improvement
• Can Use Both Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Amenable to presenting and discussing results daily, weekly, and monthly with the managers and clients.
• Amenable to work in Curve, BGC
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
• At least 1-2 years’ experience as an Operations Team Leader or Supervisor in a
BPO setting is preferred
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, & Collections is preferred
• Experience handling Telco account is preferred
• Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details
• Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information
changes
