Job Summary


Coordinate all organization’s operations.
You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and
profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
Knows how to effectively coach for improvement
Can Use Both Google Sheets and MS Excel
Amenable to presenting and discussing results daily, weekly, and monthly with the managers and clients.
Amenable to work in Curve, BGC


Qualifications and Key Competencies:


At least 1-2 years’ experience as an Operations Team Leader or Supervisor in a
BPO setting is preferred
Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, & Collections is preferred
Experience handling Telco account is preferred
Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details
Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information
changes
