Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for all national key account management to achieve expected targets by:
- Manage channel KA full P&L.
- Deliver full portfolio incremental.
- Drive category expansion in national key accounts.
- Influence internal cross functions for strategic initiatives and external top NKA clients for strategic business directions.
- Formulate effective and implementable investment strategies and guidelines for key customers according to the overall business policies of the company.
- Establish an interaction system between key retail customers and regional branches, improve the execution efficiency of agreements and optimize the return on investment.
- Through resource management of key retail customers across the country, integrated regional sales activities such as new product distribution, display execution, recommendation and training to effectively implement and implement, and realized the continuous improvement of resource input and output rate.
- Cooperate with relevant functional departments to develop effective national business promotion activities periodically, and assist key retail teams to achieve the company's established business objectives.
- Manage and establish business process OF key customers, establish the medium and long term key retail management mode through the establishment of customer tracking, investment return evaluation, cooperation plan execution, etc.
- Work with SFE, through market visit to BD, and promote the implementation, maintain correct visits and improve the efficiency of visits.
- Evaluate the performance of KPIs in key retail accounts, communicate with SFE and optimize.
- Combined with the company's commercial digital strategy, help retail customers to carry out digital transformation together, establish cooperation in membership system, digital medical content, digital display, and build innovative precision marketing system.
- Lead offline retail digital transformation including incremental.
Upgrade the NKA team by:
- Enhance team of 10+ people in two layers with high qualification and enhanced capability to ensure the delivery of top NKA expansion
- Driving team performance and develop key talents
- Influencing and driving national key account management and performance in region
- Building strong collaboration with cross function teams to drive one business agenda
