The State Operations Manager supports all aspects of the state business’ operational performance. With a focus on ensuring the business operates efficiently with continued client growth and retention. Key aim is to deliver
operational efficiencies through leadership, driving the implementation of effective resource planning and cost management.

• Resource Management and Profit Optimisation

• Mentor and coach a team of Supervisors and Security Officers

• Client Relationship Management

About the role

The position is primarily responsible for driving part of the NSW operations through positive leadership and profit optimisation. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. A company vehicle is included with this role to assist you in providing exceptional customer service to all our customers onsite. You will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Profit Optimisation across your portfolios
• Client Relationship Development and Management
• People Leadership
• Business Development across Multiple Sites

Skills & experience

• You are skilled and passionate about developing excellent understanding of individual customer needs and concerns
• Experienced in leading a consistent approach to people management, you are focussing on developing and mentoring teams
• You are adaptable and professional, able to innovate and adjust to changing circumstances
• You can demonstrate experience managing profitability through controlling resources, reviewing rostering and workforce planning
• Your past business development/solutions selling experience is essential
