About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive the ways our teams’ collaborate on products that enable agent partners to be effective. You will think strategically alongside cross-functional teams to craft the go-to-market strategies that bring these solutions to our customers at scale and ensure adoption across our agent partners.

Our program team supports Zillow's most critical initiatives, creating clarity through effective communication, facilitation and execution leadership. We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager whose dream job is one where you get the opportunity to influence across functions and solve complex and ambiguous problems! 

You Will: 

  • Coordinate and drive the overall initiative, deliverables, and release plans to ensure successful and timely delivery. 

  • Proactively identify and manage inter-dependencies, risks and integrations across multiple products and partners to drive resolutions quickly 

  • Create, communicate and own mechanisms to keep team members and executives engaged so our partner product teams can scale faster to customers (B2B)

  • Align program goals with Zillow’s company objectives and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments based on program's performance 

  • Identify and facilitate strategic discussions on prioritization and trade-offs ad-hoc and via regular planning cycles including HC management, budgets, etc. 

  • Improve processes while managing active projects, coaching teams on standards, product lifecycle, playbooks, doc repositories, etc.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

You bring a lot to the table, and we’re excited to meet you! Candidates should demonstrate... 

  • 5+ years of Software Program Management experience in both small-scale and large-scale companies with a focus on delivering large cross-functional B2B programs

  • Skill in leading strategic discussions with executive team members as well as PMs, Designers and Engineers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks 

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers based on empathy, trust and an understanding of their goals and priorities

  • Ability to influence without direct authority, to partner with disparate, cross-functional teams to define goals and coordinate work to achieve shared goals

  • Expert in connecting detailed plans to higher-level strategies and bridging the gap between Agile and Waterfall project management methods
