About the role

Under new leadership, we have 2 exciting Executive Assistant opportunities at Sydney public hospital Darlinghurst.  Join us and help make great things happen with the Executive Assistance team!

• Provide executive support to an Executive at Sydney public hospital Darlinghurst

• Report to the newly recruited Executive to the CEO, and be part of a team of 7 executive support staff

• Be well supported by a Manager who prioritises proactiveness, team collaboration, and kindness

• Manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

• Support corporate governance requirements and the preparation of committee papers, agendas, and minutes

About you

• Experience in providing executive support in a large and complex organisation

• Well-organised, can solve problems effectively, and can manage a busy workload with tight deadlines

• Good interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships, and maintaining strict confidentiality

• Good written communication skills and strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft

• Able to work from the hospital Monday to Friday, with the occasional work-from-home day
