Job Description:
Customer 
•    Support ADGMs/Team Leaders/Relationship Managers to provide valuable support in managing the daily transactions of the Branch’s customers.
•    Respond to customer inquiries promptly and handle trouble shooting or complicated task.
•    Work with the operation departments to ensure that all relevant information and checks have been obtained and support them in resolving any queries.
People

Other/Control  
•    Support the Relationship Managers by preparing initial documentation pertaining to new credit facilities and bookings.
•    Manage the day to day business transactions including but not limited to booking of short-term loans, remittances, deposits and foreign exchange.
•    Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Department.
•    Assist in ensuring that KYC checks have been carried out and that there are no unresolved issues in order to mitigate risk to the Bank.
•    Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
•    Clerical support for CBD2 staff including maintaining Credit Files in proper manner.
•    Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required.   
•    Master basic knowledge of internal procedure, compliance and regulations.
•    Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines
