We are looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Lead to drive our Go To Market Strategy, demand generation and pipeline growth in the New Zealand/ESEAN Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing region-specific strategies to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture the leads through the funnel to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and beyond. You will play a key role in shaping and executing campaigns that accelerate pipeline velocity, leveraging events, broker and partner engagement, and targeted digital marketing tactics.

The role requires close collaboration with the APAC and Global Marketing team as well as sales, account managers, vendors to ensure success The role reports into the Senior Go To Market manager in Australia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 Localized Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies within assigned territory and in alignment with global objectives.
  • Own Middle and lower funnel marketing, implementing nurture programs that progress leads from MQL to SQL through multi-touch campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for brand growth within the region.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Analyze regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide local insights to global teams to refine marketing strategies.
  • Identify potential growth areas or challenges within the market.

Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth and implement account-based marketing (ABM) for high value prospects, ensuring personalized engagement at each stage of the funnel.
  • Optimize digital marketing, events, and content strategies for local impact.
  • Work with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Desing and optimize lead nurture flow, leveraging email marketing, content, and personalized outreach to improve conversion rates.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Develop localized sales materials, case studies, and presentations.
  • Support channel partners, resellers, and distributors with co-marketing efforts.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure alignment between marketing and sales.

Event & Partner Engagement

  • Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, and customer meetups to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, partners and key stakeholders, developing co-marketing initiatives to amplify reach and impact.
  • Drive brand awareness through community engagement initiatives.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Manage local social media, SEO, PPC, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CSM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to build, track and optimize lead nurture workflows.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing teams to align messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive regional success.
  • Share regional learnings with global teams for continuous improvement.

9Brand & Compliance Management

  • Ensure all marketing activities follow brand guidelines and local regulations.
  • Maintain brand consistency while tailoring messaging for local relevance.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track KPIs such as lead generation, campaign ROI, and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data to optimize future marketing strategies.


This role is crucial for driving business success in specific regions, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized while aligning with local consumer needs and market conditions. The role is key in the TELUS Health regional growth aiming to bring more business to the region so we can support more people.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, partner enablement, and Go To Market strategy.
  • Proven expertise in working with Salesforce and data analytics tools to drive marketing insights and results.
  • Experience working with sales teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in go to market strategies and local market execution
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand Market or Asia Pacific (Singapore/Philippines market)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive marketing strategies and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the Asia Pacific Health and Wellbeing landscape is highly desirable.
