EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, OVERSEAS STUDENT PROGRAMME - HMIS

[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as Executive/Senior Executive, Overseas Students Programme Team, in the School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the planning and curation of YEP projects with overseas partners and NP stakeholders (Schools & Departments) to provide meaningful learning experiences for students as well as impactful outcomes for overseas communities.

• Assist in the planning and facilitation of agreements with strategic overseas partners for Youth Expedition Projects.

• Provide administrative support for all YEP projects and recce trips.

• Liaise with Youth Corps Singapore (YCS) on all YEP matters, including programme funding, documentation requirements, periodic reports and audit matters.

[What we are looking for]

• Have experience with role of providing administrative support for large-scale programmes

• Possess good digital skills to manage and prepare documents and database

• Have good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to travel overseas for short trips of up to 2 weeks duration

• Passionate in developing students holistically through overseas community projects

• Meticulous in managing and preparing documents and database.
