Day-to-Day of the Job
As Global Customer Service Coordinator, reporting to the Supply Chain Portfolio & Customer Service Manager, your key missions will include:
- Managing third-party customer orders across a defined geographic zone using digital tools (SAP, OCR, Esker).
- Ensuring validation of orders with regard to pricing, incoterms, payment terms, and forecasting.
- Coordinating with the Master Data team to maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account information.
- Overseeing order processing for subcontracted manufacturing sites, including acknowledgements and proforma invoices.
- Acting as Key User for SAP and Esker, maintaining internal libraries of procedures and guides.
- Liaising with Sales, Demand Management, and other supply chain stakeholders to evaluate and communicate order impact.
- Confirming orders and proformas to clients and archiving associated documentation.
- Managing reference substance orders and handling communications via the Global Customer Service mailbox.
Our Requirements
Hard Skills
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 in Sales Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of international commerce practices.
- Excellent proficiency in SAP (essential), Microsoft Office, OCR tools.
Soft Skills
- Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Fluent in French and English.
