Join the IT Services team to contribute to EUROAPI’s performance by implementing the digital transformation of our production sites and support functions. You will support our growth by providing best-of-breed systems, IT support, effective analysis and reporting platforms.

We are offering this opportunity as a permanent contract (CDI), based in Paris. As ITS HRIS System Owner, reporting to the Head of ITS Corporate Functions, you will lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of global end-to-end HR digital solutions. Your mission will be to ensure operational excellence while promoting the strategic usage of IT processes, applications, and infrastructure in close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.

Day-to-Day of the Job

Daily Operations

  • Configure and manage EUROAPI’s HR applications: Workday, Cornerstone On Demand LMS, and payroll systems.

  • Monitor and manage cases in ServiceNow, ensuring responsiveness and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance via structured change control for system configurations (requirements, testing, evaluations, risk assessments).

Lifecycle Management

  • Define and guide the evolution of HR tools aligned with business strategy.

  • Analyze and test new functionalities during system updates and releases.

  • Benchmark tech trends and introduce innovations to EUROAPI’s HR digital ecosystem.

  • Lead technology oversight and drive adoption across stakeholder teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR and business teams to deliver value-driven HRIS solutions.

  • Define future HRIS roadmaps based on operational needs and transformation goals.

  • Gather and challenge business requirements, and coordinate delivery across teams.

Our Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR systems or a similar IT role.

  • Deep expertise in Workday configuration and Cornerstone On Demand LMS.

  • Familiarity with payroll tools and PECI integration.

  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, compliance frameworks, and system governance.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and communication abilities.

  • Proven change management experience in complex environments.

  • Proactive, curious, and user-focused with a leadership mindset.

  • Able to navigate multicultural teams and influence across levels.
