Position Overview:
The Single-Family Servicing Relationship and Portfolio Management (SRPM) team and Servicing Policy and Quality Assurance team together is responsible for creating servicing policy that provides direction to our servicing book of 14 million loans and the SRPM team is responsible effective oversight and execution of servicing policy that mitigates the loss for Freddie Mac. The group is part of the SF Portfolio and Servicing division, which includes Servicing, Pricing, Operations, Securitization, and SF BTO. The VP’s that supports this team are seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide primary administrative support them. This person also serves as the back to Executive Coordinator II which supports the Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing Division Head.

Your Impact:
Manage calendars, provide telephone coverage, make travel arrangements, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics, prepare documents and presentations, process expenses and coordinate special projects
Ensure executives are organized and well-prepared for meetings and activities; assemble and organize all information and background materials required for daily and future schedules
Review and address a high volume of email and information, organize and prioritize for response, determine disposition and respond to inquiries.
Coordinate meetings (including meeting materials) with various internal and external customers
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise and external parties
Submit expense reports, verifying accuracy and legitimacy of expenses
Maintain space allocation for business unit and assign space to new hires
Support compliance with corporate privacy standards by completing quarterly clean desk reviews
Provide administrative support in large team meetings using MS Team technology
Provide administrative back up support as needed
Support executive in travel planning
Qualifications:
Knowledge of all office functions, with 10+ years of experience in executive support
Strong attention to detail; demonstration of sound judgement, tact, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task a number of activities in a fast-paced environment
Great teammate that collaborates effectively with colleagues across the enterprise
Advanced computer skills; solid understanding and expertise with Microsoft Office Suite of products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to network with other administrative coordinators within the division
Demonstrated eye for business, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Executive Coordinator
