From our humble beginnings as a motoring enthusiast's club, the New Zealand AA (Automobile Association) has grown into a large, dynamic organisation offering many services and products to more than a million Members.  

As we continue this growth journey, we have a number of opportunities available for Customer Care Associates to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

Our Customer Cares teams are a crucial part of the services AA offers, orchestrating roadside assistance and peace of mind for New Zealand road users every day - You could be dealing with AA Membership enquiries or with Roadside assistance for our members or Business-to-Business partners.  You will directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.

We have both full-time and part-time (24 hours per week) positions. All roles require the flexibility to work at least one weekend day, with rostered shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 11:00pm.

About You | Mōu

Our next intake begins on September 1st, so you must be able to start on that date and be available for full-time training over the following three weeks.

You're a natural communicator who thrives on helping others and delivering friendly, efficient service. You're a proactive team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team environment and sharing ideas to improve the customer experience.

• Proven customer service experience and sales background
• A 'can do' attitude and calm nature
• Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
• Strong organisational and computer skills
• Drive and energy to give the best customer service on each call 
• Availability to work across a range of shifts and to commit to one weekend day per week.
